Great idea and good quality piece of kit. So easy to get up in the morning and get motivated, knowing i don’t have to get myself to the gym. Works well with the app, step by step guidance, allows you to pick specific muscle groups to work on along with general fitness routines ranging from beginner to experienced. My only issue, being 6’10, i could do with slightly longer bands but for all you normal people, it’ll be spot on. I thoroughly recommend this product

Great product!
I just bought the Band and bar 2.0 set. I haven’t even gotten into the app yet, but the product is built well and after just a handful of workouts guided by the basic exercises they show on their website, I’ve already started feeling results!
Wonderful program
I travel a lot for work and this is a great setup if you’re moving around often. Hotel gyms tend to be a bit of a toss-up so having this available is perfect.
A great option to hitting the gym w/ its fees
I ordered this set to try and get into better shape, even the lowest resistance tubes are a bit much for a few of my exercises right not, i have a long journey ahead but it is doable, i think for those sets that are too hard with the lightest weight tubes i will just use the bar by itself. I could already feel muscle building after th3e first workout.

Great platform
Love the app super easy to use! The workouts are great. Love the ability to create my own workouts along with watching a video workout. Instructors are fantastic and very encouraging. Easy set up and use but challenging makes for a great 30 minute home workout!
Awkward
I find the Gymproluxe awkward to use. I can do the chest press ok. The curls are too hard even with the lowest band weight. Not sure if there’s a better way to do these.

All in one kit
The app is cool and a beginner friendly and the bands work as advertised and built well.. 3 starts because depending on what kit you buy depends on what workout you can do and I felt like the ad that was running didn’t make that clear and you’ll have to spend additional money to be able to do everything you see them doing on the ads.

I LOVE it. I have trouble sticking with going to the gym because of my work schedule, but ever since I bought mine, I haven’t missed a day of exercise. And it offers great resistance. Like, my muscles do burn after I use it. I really love this.

The app is great and really enjoyable workouts. One thing I wish is that I didn’t have to figure out which workout I was on again. Which one is next etc. skipping along to try and remember which one I have just done is quite frustrating. It would be so much easier if the program/progress saved so I could pick up where I left off, track which week I had completed etc

Pure greed
After spending close to £300 on equipment with this company I also spent £20 on the lifelong membership for the app which gave you all the workouts needed to successfully train. Since returning to training after awhile out, I no longer have access to previous workouts and I am being asked to pay more money for New a subscription. This all seem like a big con from this company, previous customers who purchased lifetime memberships should get access to this.

The "new" version of the app is far worse, has less content, and puts a lot of content behind paywalls. There are amateurish video playback issues.
