Suddenly rubbish
Hadn’t had a problem until last weekend then suddenly everyone is having issues with booking a class! Sort it out please. Apparently you don’t exist half the time. It’s definitely you not us!
Not happy customers
Was a good app, now customers having constant issues trying to book due to demand. Needs fixing as it’s an absolute stress for all users at the moment and create huge amount of gym class user complaints.
Rubbish
This app has crashed so many times. I think every week I am sending a ticket request to fix the problem. Logs me out and then when I log in it says ‘server error’ so annoying when you’re trying to book a class.
Awful
Can’t even configure the app to send a simple password reset link. Tried over 10 times to reset my password and have never received a reset link.
Update is rubbish!
This app was excellent. My phone auto updated to the new app on Friday. Tried to book a regular class with my gym this morning and won’t load at all! Keep getting an error message ‘failed to contact the server in a reasonable time’. It also says ‘you have no upcoming sessions this week’ even though I have 2 booked. Turned off phone and still the same, will delete app and download again to see if that fixes it but shouldn’t have to do this!
