Used to be a hit
Used to be a hit but now a miss 2x in a row. Service slow, waiter kept “ keeping it real, I wasn’t paying attn when they went over that” for everything new or a promo. Didn’t give us everything we ordered so when we requested the bill he said “so you still want the rest of the beef?” Uh duh I still have to pay right!? He also forgot to put in things.. so we just paid. And left. The experience wasn’t great at all for the amount charged. Not like the first couple years they were open. When we mentioned it the host it wasn’t even offered to have a manger check on us.

Our server is the best server we ever had
Ms Juliette in Cupertino Store is so amazing! She is caring, detail oriented, sweet and super patience with our needs, especially to my kids who have lots of questions regarding the grill and equipment. She is professional and went extra miles to explain questions which she doesn’t have to. This made our experience so great and we had such a wonderful high school and middle school graduation celebration with my boys. Thank you Ms Juliette. Too bad I can’t have a daughter, or else I would definitely name the BB Juliette. Pls send our appreciation to her and hope to see her again soon in the restaurant

Love coming to Gyu-Kaku th food is always great with great cuts of meat. Mainly the service is my favorite, Lena is usually my server and she is the best and helps with any questions I have about new specials etc.

This place has great money value with 30$ for 4 plates of food and you get very good miso soup if you go at lunch. Very good food 10/10
