Ordered a card, USPS stole it, cancelled the card but was told I would be able to reorder on app or website. There is no option to reorder a new card. After reading the negative reviews, I will not be using this service since the app is wonky. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my money out without hassle.

Does not accept check deposits!
Unlike banks, you cannot make check deposits. Netspend denies the transactions. This is not surprising from a non-bank, and less than reputable financial company. The card is useless. There is no live chat or customer service. Cutting card and deleting the account. I’ll stick with Credit Unions when moving cash. Avoid this company, possibly fraudulent.

No way to back out of transaction history!!
Anytime I look at an individual transaction, the back button will not take me back to the main page where both prepaid and savings account is listed as well as the tabs at the bottom to move money. The back button just repeatedly goes back and forth from transaction history and transaction detail. Please fix! Everything else is great! I’m over having to log out and back in to continue.

Major App Glitch on iOS
Just received card and activated. Will not go to screen so I can add checks to my account by mobile deposit. Just repeatedly goes to screen explaining how to do it. Useless!!

Please fix the glitch when you try to log in it keeps saying incorrect password and even when I reset the password it still locks me out to reset the password again.
App is worthless
Might as well move to a different vendor. I have tried for months to use the mobile check deposit on an iOS platform and constantly locks up. Since I can’t get to the store to reload, I’m not using it so why bother? Tried calling their support line and that was equally useless.

Horrible horrible Service!! They charge you for anything and everything. Only had it for a week and already lost out on $6 because they feel the need to charge you for every single thing. This is a bad card to get, don’t waste your money!
