Errors Aplenty
Errors loading product pages, will not allow selecting created shopping lists to save products, always adds choco biscuits (which I’ve never looked at) to shopping lists instead of any product I actually try to add to shopping lists, having to constantly close and reopen the app. I guess HMart doesn’t like their customers spending money. Invest more in your dev team…

Honestly, it’s so much better now.
I’ve been using this app for a while, and it has gotten so much better than before. The recent updates made everything smoother and more intuitive. It’s great to see the constant improvements. Keep it up, hmart.
Don't ever bother
Terrible app!!! I couldn't link my card to the account, no such options. I deleted it.
Missing Colorado Locations and In-store card number not found
Both colorado stores missing from map and my store card that was received at the Aurora site is not found in their site.
Rewards
Keeps logging me out and even if i’m logged in, they can’t retrieve my rewards card information.
Not as much fresh products listed
Hmart finally has an app for grocery delivery and it is so lacking compared to 99 Ranch, the other grocery delivery service that I use. I guess I will continue to use 99 Ranch as they have more products and so convenient to order and get delivered the same day.
App crash
This app always crashes and never save my points, always log out whenever I opens my app. Completely useless… Zero star, why this app exists in the first place if nothing works at all?
Stupid App with broken bar code
This stupid app keeps failing to bring a bar code with repeated login prompts even after I logged in again. It’s a scam.
Password reset doesn’t work
I tried giving this app a shot, but it’s poorly built, I’ve tried multiple times to log in, it asks for your email then says it sent a passcode to your email, which never seems to make it to me. Haven’t been able to log back in for over a year.

Great store, terrible app
Constantly getting signed out, and when I want to access my smart reward I need to type in my email, last name, and zip code again. Which isn’t a lot of but very annoying when I’m checking out and having to keep the register waiting just for all of that. Also when I went in for a physical card so I don’t have to always sign in to scan, it wasn’t possible because I already had points in my app. It’s just not optimized for efficiency and honestly frustrating after the first few times.

I would give a 0 star if I could
There is only one function that I need is to keep my store card in it so I don’t have to carry the physical card around. However, the app signed me out every time I try to use it. It just useless, unfortunately.
Cannot use the location set up and it only shows items for delivery i don’t need delivery I need

Lost $ Smart Rewards
About a month ago, my barcode they scan disappeared. I’ve tried logging out, delete app and re download, didn’t work. Today there was an update which I did in hopes it worked. Again, failed. After speaking to an associate, she said I had to enter all my information- name, address, which was all done previously- finally the barcode appeared BUT I lost ALL my Smart Reward points, over $140 worth!! When I asked the associate, her response “this is an app issue, not ours.” This isn’t right, I am so upset!

Where are my cart items
I'll add items to my cart, the little popup will show to confirm that it was added, I go to my cart and it's empty. I go to the advertised pages and press the +cart sign and it won't add. What is going on.. It's 2026, your app developers/ux/ui/everybody else needs to step up ..

Terrible app for infrequent shopper
TLDR:
App logged me out so I had to log back in to scan membership card. Even after logging in, card did not appear. No Apple Wallet support. Terrible digital experience.
I went to H Mart for the first time i n a couple of months and when I was checking out, I opened the app to scan my membership card. The app had logged me out due to inactivity I guess, so I had to stand there and log back in. Normally, this would be ok, but the reception in the store made it very slow. I even tried to get my card ready before it was my turn, but having to log back in took longer than I expected.
But even after I logged in, my card didn’t show up. I ended up using all of my email addresses to figure out which one had my card. None of them showed the card after logging in. There’s a feature to find the card after logging in, so I used the same email address as the first log in attempt and the card showed up.
Why is the card not tied to the account log in? Why do I have to log in first and then find the card again? Why can’t the app keep me logged in even after inactivity? Why doesn’t the app support adding the card to Apple Wallet? I had to stand there taking up time and holding up the line just so I could get my points. I eventually ended up just checking out without the card and getting the points added later at the customer service desk.
This app is extremely inadequate and whoever designed it is probably incompetent. Terrible UX.

For the points use it,,never use after got points, even didn’t expect that small benefit,,but membership numbers got deleted from app constantly and kept asking try again,, ??! Hmm
