App is buggy
App is so buggy. Biometric verification has issues on iPhone 17 pro max. Camera doesn’t focus properly to scan fingerprints. It fails while all other apps work fine. Also, connection error comes up on login screen.
Camera does not focus for NADRA
All latest iphones do not focus close enough for fingerprint verification with their primary cameras. They require macro mode to focus close objects. There is no option to switch camera lenses in the app which makes NADRA fingerprint verification impossible. Please fix this ASAP

App crashes
App is not working on my phone. I recently switched from android to iPhone. I put in credentials and says device not registered. But when I try to register it by performing biometric. It crashed when I put my info and hit submit. L
Biomatric issue
Trust device karna ka lia finger print scan mangta when i open camera to scan time fingerprints pr focus ni karta blur karta to reject kar raha i have 17pro max please solve this problem
Terrible infrastructure
The app is nice but most of the time the app does not detect the accounts and says you do not have any accounts. Other times it does not detect other bank accounts when trying to send money. Terrible infrastructure behind the app!

Absolutely Horrible Bank — Complete Waste of Time and Money
Habib Metro Bank is an absolute failure as a modern bank. Their mobile app is unreliable, constantly down, and full of errors. Transfers fail regularly, accounts show “not found,” and even successful payments can take hours or days to reach the receiver. This level of incompetence is unacceptable in 2025.
Customer service is completely useless. They don’t solve anything — they just repeat the same scripted excuse about “launching a complaint” and promise 7 working days, which means nothing because issues are never resolved. No transparency, no responsibility, and no respect for customers.
This bank is outdated, poorly managed, and clearly does not care about its users. If you value your money, time, or peace of mind, stay far away from Habib Metro Bank. I strongly regret choosing this bank and would never recommend it to anyone.

Some more updates required on the app
The app has gotten better. However one feature they can add which was before and is not there now is the ability to download the annual withholding tax certificate. Pls incorporate this in the app again
