Great Concept; Poor Execution
Battery is also non rechargeable and an odd size. Can’t access battery without opening the device.
Great concept but poor execution especially for the price tag.
Oh, and the app very bare bones and looks like it was not designed by a professional.

Our latest firmware update fully resolves this problem and prevents it from happening again. If the app connects and the box beeps but doesn’t unlock, it may be related to an older firmware version or possibly physical wear or damage to the mechanism over time.
