Can’t pay rent online
I suddenly received a letter saying I was short on rent from the state but there is not option to pay online even when I have autopay active. This app is a scam and any company that uses them is a scam as well because the state and government only side with property owners and hates renters. If a company used this app don’t trust them

Most of the features in this app are useless.
Pay rent online?
Not sure what happened but there used to be a payment option for rent not sure if an update took that away or what but it’s very inconvenient that I can’t find that just pay my rent on the app.

Fantastic Concept!
It is really helpful to have everything you need related to the building and it’s residents all in one place. Not crazy about the navigation. Too buttons and many do the same thing. One list of choices would be much more efficient. Too much clicking = frustration.
