Often have delivery issues
I’m in a multi-tenant building and I often have problems getting packages and deliveries. They can’t properly access the system and/or get frustrated and say that they can’t get security access. Meanwhile, I have no notification or way to know, until I track a package online with an undeliverable status.
The front door interaction system is harder than it should be. No delivery driver is going to take 5 min filling out their name, etc into system for a delivery.

Since latest update, can no longer sign into the app.
Since latest update, was logged off and can no longer sign into the app. Have reset the password and still no good. Can log in my account via a browser, however.

Super easy building access tool once you get used to it
App update
The latest update is awful. The application has always been slow, but now it takes me at least 3-5 minutes to login. I have to re-login and re-setup notifications every time I try to open the app. Then once I finally get through all of the setup features, the application scrolls/tries to open for another few minutes. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall, but that hasn’t helped. This app. is substandard and frustrating to use.
