I’ve reset my phone and still stalled not working and the connection act is button isn’t working either

I downloaded this app once and looked at it. Never used it. Checked back in my subscription 10 months later and see they have been charging me without authorization and no way to get my money back. Never ever used the app. These people are full of scams.
