Great free app, easy to use, clear and concise interface. This is now my go to for ordering rides.
great idea but not accurate enough
product is a great idea and I would totally use it except it is not good at getting the price right for example Lyft has a flash sale and the price does not account for that and gives the base price which is just not right and since lyft does that pretty often i find that checking Uber and then Lyft isn't that arduous of a task and is usually easier for me to do that instead of using hackney because I can't be confident that it's correct

App of my dreams
This app is unbelievable. I had something like this back in 2016 but it was shut down. I’m so glad that somebody brought this back! It works so well.
Good but Lyft doesn’t work
App is great for Uber and Waymo, but Lyft integration does not work. I enter my phone number but then never get a text code to enter.
Update: I worked with the developer and they fixed my problem, changing rating to 5 stars! Great app.

Waymo Broken, Robotaxi & Zoox missing
this app is great but Waymo was working fine until I downloaded the latest update which supposedly fixes Waymo and now it is broken for me. The app needs to add Robotaxi and Zoox ASAP and then it will be my one stop shop for ride hailing

Waymo won’t connect
I read about this on Reddit and was excited to sign up. Connecting Uber and Lyft was seamless, but after half a dozen tries to connect Waymo, where the system failed each time, I gave up. Perhaps they’re having auth issues between their system, Google and Waymo. 🤷🏼♀️

Failed to link up correctly
Awful. Wouldn’t link up to Lyft. Kept saying I had the wrong number and password but I put in the code they sent to my messages. I don’t have time for this.

Lyft and Waymo logins didn’t work for me - only Uber
My Lyft account is both rider and driver. App will not let me choose rider profile/account and blocks me from connecting. This is a common use case that should be addressed.

The issue with Waymo login has been fixed in the latest update. Lyft driver accounts aren’t yet supported.
App is garbage
It won’t connect my Lyft account because 6 years ago I once drove for Lyft and it says I have a “driver account”. There is no separate driver app or account, you use Lyft as a commuter with the same login, etc. Hackney won’t recognize my Waymo login. This renders the app virtually useless as I need to log into way to see the price separately from Hackney and I have to login to Lyft to see my price separately…. All the app does is show my estimated Uber cost…. So I’m STILL opening 3 apps to see the price. Don’t bother downloading this garbage

The app does not yet support Lyft driver accounts, but we may add support in the future. Even though you don’t drive for Lyft anymore, Lyft’s systems differentiate between accounts that are rider-only and accounts that have signed up as a driver. As for Waymo, the issue you experienced has been fixed in the latest update.
Curb is generally the cheapest
Been using this app, great app as Curb generally is the cheapest and the rides are insured!
