خداع و خدمة عملاء سيئة
حاولت أحجز من عندهم خدمة نظافة الساعات.. اخترت الموعد المتوفر والوقت ويطلع انه خلص المواعيد المتاحة يحجز لك أقرب واحد متوفر.
تواصلت معاهم وكلمت هم انه الموعد اللي اختاروا ما يناسبني قالوا ما يتغير الموعد ولا يتراجع المبلغ ..
ما عندي مشكلة اخذ الفلوس من دون ما يقدموا الخدمة 🙂

خدماتهم سيئة جدا يجي السواق ياخد الشغالة قبل الوقت المحدد بكثير يعني الخدمة ٤ ساعات و يجي قبل يخلص الوقت نصابين انتبهو منهم

خيار تسجيل الخروج جدا مهم او الانتقال من حساب الي اخر بدل ما احذف التطبيق عشان اسجل دخول بحساب ثاني
Worst customer service
I definitely will not be using their services again. They have the worst customer service and will never reimburse you for a visit even if it was their fault. The hardly answer their phone and when I try and schedule things via their WhatsApp chat, it’s not easy. If you’re 5-10 mins late to opening for the cleaner, the driver will just leave and take her and they will say you missed the visit and he will not come back.

يجيبون لك عامله تتدرب على بيتك، امر متكرر كثير، غير مهنين و يراوغون معك اذا طلبتي تعويض، شركه سيئه
اسوء خدمة!
من اسوء تطبيقات العمالة المنزلية، خدمة عملاء سيئة والعمالة نادراً مايصدف معك عاملة كويسة، لكن خدمة العملاء مش طبيعيين كيف ابداً مايخدمون العميل!

الشركة تعاملها سيء وموظف التوصيل في الدمام سيء فلبيني الجنسية وفض فالتعامل وصل قبل الموعد المتفق عليه بساعه وتجاوبت معه ومع ذلك مشى ومانزل العاملة لاداء عملها بحجة اني مارديت وماستقبلت العاملة اول ماوصل وخدمة العملاء سيئة وماحتوت المشكلة ولما وريتهم سجل المكالمات قالو بنراجع المشكلة ولا حلوها صراحة انصحكم بالابتعاد عنهم علماً باني زيون قديم عندهم

Stay Away from this Hader
This service is a complete joke. I scheduled an appointment for Homemade to come to my house, and not only did they fail to arrive at the specific time I booked, but when they finally did show up, they stayed for barely a 10 minutes and then left—just because I didn’t immediately answer their call. Are we supposed to sit by the phone all day and drop everything the second they decide to show up late?
People have responsibilities—kids, chores, life! But instead of waiting a few minutes, knocking, or even trying to follow up, they just disappear and mark the job as “completed.” Then they have the nerve to charge me in full like they actually provided a service. It’s completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I paid for nothing and got treated like it was my fault. This is the last time I ever use this service.

لا انصح فيه ابداً هدر للوقت و للمال
الغاء مواعيد ع كيفهم او كيف سواقهم
توقع قبل موعدك بدقايق يقلك تم الغاء الرحله تكررت معي نفس المشكله مرتين مره كنسلوا من راسهم من غير سبب و مره سواقهم كنسل وطبعا تتصل ع خدمة العملاء ولا يفيدوك بشي سيئ سيئ سيئ للغاية

Had a terrible experience with one of the customer service reps at Hadir—rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back!
Terrible customer service
1. One time I had to reschedule and appointment because I was travelling. I received a voice call to confirm that my appointment was rescheduled, then they never showed up to the new appointment, and when I followed up they told me I used up my appointments and I don’t have an outstanding appointment.
2. I made another appointment for Ramadan and I know it was confirmed, and then when they didn’t show up customer service says the appointment was cancelled .
3. They close the ticket as soon as they give you their answer without giving you time to question or discuss what’s happening.
So frustrating, such a waste of time. The few times that the housekeepers came they were lovely, and didn’t a great job, but customer service is terrible!

اسلوب سيء جداً يسحبون فلوسك وبس عشان انتي ماتردين خلال عشر دقايق تروح عليك الخدمة ويسكرون بوجهك السماعة
خدمه عملاء سيئه
لا يمكن اعاده جدوله الزياره وحين طلب توصيل العامله من السائق تم رفض الطلب. خدمه عملاء لاترتقي للتعامل معهم.
احذروا منه
احذروا منه تطبيق مع العاملة وليس العميل للاسف 🫣 بعد تغير الادارة اصبح اكثر سوءًا وخدمة العملاء ليس عندهم أي حلول
تضييع وقت
تطبيقات سيئ. رمز التحقق لا يصل لإتمام الدخول!!!
