Frustrating app
I had bought two data plans and as soon as I land in a different country, the data plan doesn’t exist however appears in my purchase history. Started a live chat and backed out of the app and now it won’t allow me to start a new chat because I’m still on a chat at present and no way to get back on to the original chat
