So i am trying to make a new account and i tried several times but when i click send code it never does i tried changing multiple email but it never sends me a email with a code

Failure to connect to air con

This app disconnected from my 2 WiFi units and now will not connect so it’s useless. I reloaded the app then it would not let me log in so I pressed “forgot password” then the next screen asks for your email and password. Why has this app not been fixed. It is absolutely useless.

Timers are not working at all now

This app was working ok but now the timers are not working. I could only set a maximum of 3 timers turning the ac on or off or changing the settings before. I can still control manually via the app but the timers are no use

Timers not working

I’ve had no problems setting up air conditioner in app and can control it with no problems but the timers I have setup are not working. This is a feature we use with our other air conditioner and to us is a key feature. Please let me know what an be wrong or fix the app

Cannot sync

Cannot sync with my ac unit. I followed it to the T but still no avail. Extremely frustrating.

Constantly having to re add unit. Won’t work away from the home wi go so can’t turn it on or off while you’re out. What’s the point! No support at all. Buy another brand air conditioner with an automation app that works!

Couldn’t register the account

Application didn’t allow me to register new account saying “ password must contain upper and lower case and numbers “. I did several versions of this combination but unable to move to a next step. Something wrong with application

Can’t register because of stupid wrong password format

You keep answering the people what exactly the error message comes from the app , it keep saying that wrong password format We already put lower case uper case letters and number between 6-20 and it still not working, stupid programer and stupid responses

Hello, reset the password, send the verification code via email, and after successful verification, set your own login password. The password should be within 6~20 characters and contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Please input as required.

Network doesn't work,please try later

Ver very buggy app

Tried with different AC units and different Wi-Fi networks with 2.5

During the setup the AC will connect to Wi-Fi but you will not be able to save the AC in the app

Always will get this error “ Network doesn't work,please try later”

Can not add AC onto the app

Device configuration circle kept loading while the prompt said ‘You did not yet connect WIFI, please try combinate after connecting WIFI successfully. However my WiFi does get connected automatically and the app does say connection successful, but the app won’t let me SAVE my ac onto the app as it says ‘Network doesn’t work, please try later’. PLEASE FIX THIS devs.

Hello, check the 2.4GHZ network of the router, and there is no restriction on air conditioning access to the network. If the network hotspot sent is U-ACxxxx, use this APP for network distribution. If it is AIRCONDITIONERxxx, use hOnAPP. If unsuccessful, please contact local after-sales assistance.

Can't make an account

The app won't accept any password format. It's an AC not a bank account that needs super strong password combination. What are afraid of? someone will hack my AC and steal all my cool air?Fire your app developer who came up with this brilliant idea to make it difficult for users to even make an account. Rubbish Chinese junk

Timers not working

The timers turning the heat pump off and on (why I bought the heatpump…) have stopped working after the most recent app update. Please can you fix this asap?

Terrible

- Poor design.
- Poor translations to english.
- Slow to update attached devices.
- Regularly logs out.
- Missing features.
- The app team releases updates very infrequently and when they do, no improvement or change in anything is seen. Release comments are generally “bug fixed”. WHAT bug is fixed and why fix only one? How about you improve the app?
