Hail Recon is killing it lately! I have the nationwide plan, and have for a few years. It looks like they just refreshed the accounts settings, and the app. I’m loving it so far! Their meteorologists really have their maps dialed in! They do an awesome job of mapping the storms. The reports have also been really helpful when I’m fighting with the insurance companies. If you’re thinking about getting Hail Recon, stop thinking and do it!!

Great Product!
Great product with a great team to back it up. I’ve been with them for years. I actually switched to another service for a year and came crawling back. In my opinion it is the easiest map to read and very simple to use.
Been with these guys a long time.
I think Ive had a subscription with them since 2017, so 9 years now. I always talk with Rhett, he’s great. Just helped me with a subscription question that would save me some $$$ to accomplish my intended goal. Didn’t try to upsell me to get there but provided a common sense solution that helped me out. Probably why Ive been with them 9 years lol.

Fast Customer Service and Willing to Accommodate.
Rhett was extremely helpful and made the entire process quick and easy. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. Good Inexpensive Alternative to SalesRabbit
I loved using SalesRabbit, but it became cost prohibitive for multiple users. HailRecon takes some getting used to and is not as polished, but you get all the same features for way less cost. Once you get around some of the quirks of the system it works really well and has everything you need and more!

Official Title for the Worst App on the Market
It’s official. This is the absolute worst app around. Holy cow can this thing mess up any more? It takes TWO FREAKING HOURS to run a report sometimes. Unreal.

They definitely need to update a lot of the bugs they have. I try to canvas and mark houses but it doesn’t mark the house I wan to mark.
Waste of Money
The app is terrible and the customer service is even worse.
Junk
Keep trying to sign in with password and it sends me back to “sign in to load hail data”…and so on the merry go round of getting no where I go. Seems very buggy and I will be recommending Hail Trace to my sales team instead because of these issues I’ve run into already. You can let me know when you’ve actually put some effort into making this an app worth the money people spend on it and I’ll give you another shot.

Worth the money
App has not failed me yet. I don't really use the canvassing feature but the hail reports and storm history is pretty spot on. It has really helped our business.

Only a sign in option and no sign up option!!!!

This app is useless. Requires sign in but there is no link to sign up.
Best available
This is the best hail forecast app available. We have been using it for 7 years and it’s the one I always rely on and come back to using. The interface is clean simple and intuitive.
Confusing
Requires a membership but does not offer a chance to join anywhere
Overpriced $750 annual
I can pay $400 monthly or $750 annual!!! Mike told me they have 1,000s of annual subscribers! I guess I will not be one of them.
