Bugs bugs bugs!! No support response

Most recent version of HailTrace is so buggy that every time you open it, you have to reload the maps and for some reason, Support doesn’t seem to be aware of this or able to fix it, but it cost us so much time in the field. Pretty much the most critical aspect of the entire app that fails to work consistently even after a reinstall. Using the latest iPhone 17 Pro.

Horrible Update

Your newest update is awful. It’s laggy, won’t load, crashes. How do you do an update for improvements to the app and in the process make it work. We pay for a national plan, this needs fixed ASAP. We have been loyal customers for years.
