Horrible Update
Your newest update is awful. It’s laggy, won’t load, crashes. How do you do an update for improvements to the app and in the process make it work. We pay for a national plan, this needs fixed ASAP. We have been loyal customers for years.

I’ve been working with Hail Trace for the better part of a decade under several different companies. HailTrace is a pivotal part of our strategy at several different turns.
