Easy for me and my sons to jump on and schedule my bookings with my favorite PHD. No extraneous features, just simple to use and easy to navigate.

Good Basic Appointment app
It does the basic job well to schedule appointments. I wish you could schedule out further than a few weeks and that the calendar feed from app to Apple calendar included the store location.

Hair Saloon may cost a little more than some of its competitors, but, there’s an old saying, “You get what you pay for”. There are some places where you pay less, but you can’t make an appointment. Or, you can’t book with your “favorite” stylist. The care and attention aren’t there. So, like the saying says, “you get what you pay for”.

App is absolutely awful
Truly the most difficult scheduling app I have ever used. Password management and auto-fill is atrocious. My location often doesn’t show up. I usually have a lot of grace for apps that aren’t working well, but if they *require* you to have an account and you can’t check out as a guest, the app needs to be on point. Scheduling is truly my least favorite part of the Hair Saloon experience and it directly prevents me from getting service from them more often.

Love being able to book an appointment. Huge shout out to Nikki and Audrey at the GlenEd location. Love those two! My boys and I started comin’ to HS4M just because of those two. Now we get to enjoy games while waiting for our turn. Very fun way to stay connected and not zone out on tech for any of us.

It makes it easier to make an appointment, or cancel if needed, at any location in the area and reminders if you haven’t been in awhile. Also keeps track of past bookings & add to calendar function.

App Still Has A BIG Problem with “Account”!
I’ve reported this problem in the past, and the latest Update has not resolved the problem. The problem is — When you touch the siloute in the upper right corner to go to your Account Settings, the app crashes!! It’s been a year since I wrote the above review and even though I received a notification from Hair Saloon that the issue has been fixed, IT HASN’T!!
