This app handles everything I need on my iPad mini. Appointments, visits, payments and full history. It's easy to send reminders, thank you notes and handle promotions. There is extensive help and instructional videos too. (no chance of becoming youtube hits, but helpful!) Much better price than most of the alternatives.

Easy to setup and use everyday. Latest Update very helpful .
The app seemed a little involved at first. But after watching a few movies and checking out the help, it was a snap. Used the appointments on my phone and copied the contacts I wanted. After adding my services I was ready to roll! Bought the reminders inapp and the cloud sync so I could use my iPhone and iPad. Very pleased!

OMG - I love this app.
Just installed the latest update with the Cloud Sync In-App so we can use multiple devices. Worked like a charm and corrected a few issues from last version. Looking forward to learning more about the new features. Nice Job!
Latest version has many cool new features like Scheduler.
The app does everything I need. Tracks client, services and products. Uses the iPad contacts and calendar so it’s fast and easy to get started. I can send email receipts and get reports and graphs to see how I’m doing for any time period. All of my history is instantly available for review before each client visit. There is a support function that can be used to get an occasional questions answered. The app does a lot so you need to take some time to understand it and get everything set-up properly. It is time well spent and you will begin to see benefits within the first month.

Don’t waste your time or money
Scheduler and reminders are great, so is the price.
Was getting tired of paying monthly for another salon app that really wasn’t all that. Recently installed Hair Stylist and have been pleased so far. Has helped me track my clients and products with very little effort. The Profits program has helped me better understand my numbers and printing reports to my printer has been great, nice to see my info in black and white. Thanks!

Amazing. Really good
Really fast to get up and running with this app. Learned more latter because there's so much it can do! I can change fields and put my own treatments and products in. I made this my own app for my own biz. Pretty cool and can't beat the price. Better than having to pay monthly fees for the same thing.

Wow, good update and New Client Connect.
Software updates are always stressful. Often, you get thing working just right and then everything changes. These people seem to be able to add new stuff, like taxes on services without major changes to the way things work. A new button here or there is okay. The screens seem crisper and easier to read and you can now change the main buttons on the home page. The most exciting update is the new Client Connect feature that saves all of your common emails and texts and lets you easily send them. You can personalize the message but you avoid a lot of cut and paste action. Color me pink!

App not working
I'm really frustrated, I was excited to use this app to send confirmation texts to my clients, I even paid extra for the in app purchase for this feature and it does not work. :/ it will send email but for some reason the texting feature does not work. I was messaging back and forth with support and they were not able to help me or give an answer as to why it's not working for me. Super bummed!

I'm sure it would be great if I didn't have to buy each add on in order for the app to be useful. If I known I wouldn't have bought.

I bought this app based on the reviews and after I tried using it I can't really figure it out! It's not easy to use and there's no walk through to learn how to use it. Save your money and don't buy this! Definitely not worth the hassle. Disappointing!!

Just Right For Me.
I am an esthetician with about 200 regular clients. I was looking for an app that could track all of my treatments, but was easy to use. With literally 5-7 taps per client, I can track my services and product sales and the back bar items I used. At any time i can see my numbers for the day or week and verify my credit card transactions, the coolest feature is being able to quickly review a clients history prior to the visit and avoids using the wrong treatment again! There is even a health questionnaire for the client to complete. Best of all, no connection is needed, all the info is on my iPhone

Was looking for something simpler.
This app is great, kinda. Has so much going on. I was looking for a much simpler app. Also every time I try to add my own stuff to the app or delete the pretend info they add to get you used to it, it crashes. Would love to have my money back
Don't waste your money!
Adding clients is a nightmare! I was only able to add two contacts and after that, the names came up blank or the system would tell me that the contact already existed... Which it didn't. The addresses of the clients would also be wrong. You can only import clients from your contact list in your phone which is something else I didn't like because not all of my clients are saved in my phone. Things seem really great at first... Someone even sends you an email giving you their name and claiming to be your "dedicated account manager" and that if you need any help to email them. I have emailed them THREE times and never heard anything back from them. Would really just like to get my money back.
