Needs work, updates, something!!!

I’ve been a member forever and have used the app to make appointments without any challenges at all, until last month. Suddenly whenever I login I get a message that says I don’t have permission to view the directory. I even tried to create a new account but the program knows that I have an account so no luck there. Fix this please!
