Biggest Scam ever I have witnessed in my life
The "Live Chat" feature in this app is completely broken. I have a defective machine that is fully covered under an extended warranty, and this app prevents me from getting any help. The automated bot continuously tells me to update the app, even though it is fully up to date.
Furthermore, the company promised me an extended warranty, but refuses to officially reflect it inside my account portal on this app. They are ignoring my emails, refusing to send a return shipping label, and refusing to honor the warranty I paid for. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. This company operates like a scam—avoid at all costs.
