Ordered 5 months ago, don’t know how many years company will take to deliver the product?
SCAM - Do Not Buy !!!!
One of the worst product I have come across and customer support compliments it by not responding at all. Only option to reach them is thru App and they do not respond, no phone numbers and no response to emails, even to founders. SCAM.

Customer service is very bad
Hi - My Rotimatic dough catcher got struck. I reached out to Rotimatic using multiple channels but it’s vain.
Garbage App and Garbage Machine
Should have listened to all the other comments. It’s a garbage app by a garbage company. Machine broke 1 month in, I’m under warranty but it does not matter since you cannot reach anyone from support. DO NOT BUY.
Pathetic Customer Care
Support team is really pathetic for this machine… chasing from months to get right support.
Worst customer service
I am facing issues with machine and there no other way than chat in app to connect to customer service. For weeks there is no response in chat hence you are stuck with machine even though it’s in warranty. Do not buy this product, if it works then you are lucky, if not then it’s headache and mere frustration.

Not able to support struggling customers
I have tried every possible way to connect but none of the channels help to talk to agents leaving me in frustration.
Machine issues- lack of support
While using the chat function on the app, it asks me to update the app. Even on the updated app it just keeps asking me to update the app and nobody responds to the chat. My machine has been broken for a month. And zero response from the team.
Nonexistent customer support
Buy at your own risk. They have fancy YouTube videos and influencers trying to sell the product but unfortunately, once you buy, there is no way to reach or chat with a live human. I just wanted some basic tech support, but their app is horrible. You have been warned. Stay away from the company.
Worst team and it just a fraud
I bought this machine almost three and a half months ago, I have not received my machine, there was a significant price difference after I purchased, i was not able to cancel my order, i didn’t receive my price difference that they promised me to pay back, and now my machine just shows on hold, i want to cancel this stupid machine and just want to get my money back, but now they dont respond me on any if the platforms. One start because we have to choose the star. Otherwise these people deserves 0 stars, for so much stress they put me through my post partum with a baby in my hanf.

Poor Customer Service
I had a really disappointing experience with Rotimatic customer service team. I have reported a machine issue 4 weeks ago. My machine is still under warranty. I paid extra to get an extended warranty. I haven’t received any response on the resolution from this team. I have followed up with them over 5 times in last 4 weeks to get an answer on the next steps. Seems like they don’t really care about their customers. It is very frustrating that I have paid a huge amount to buy this machine and not getting the intended support from customer service team to fix the machine issue.

Rotimatic repair
I have very bad experience with them .. my machine is bad i send them back to repair they charge me 862 $ in December 2025 i send them machine back .. my delivery should be in jan 2026 now is april am still waiting they are not answering my mail didn’t not tell me any update.. just send the mail we are upgrading our system you should download the app..i did it MF .. 4 months you just playing with me son of B….i need straight reply at my mail.. when you B… send my machine to me..

Rotimaker failed
Hello,
I am writing to report a serious issue with my Rotimatic, and I need immediate resolution.
From the very first use, the machine has failed to make any rotis. I carefully followed all setup instructions and guidelines, and while the dough preparation works, the process does not go beyond that stage.
The machine repeatedly forms dough balls and displays an error message stating there is “residue in the cup,” asking for cleaning. I have thoroughly cleaned the cup multiple times exactly as instructed, but the error persists and the machine does not function.
I have spent over 5 hours troubleshooting this issue, including watching official videos and following all recommended steps. Multiple members of my family have also tried, with the same result. Not a single roti has been produced.
This experience is unacceptable, especially for a product that is marketed as simple and user-friendly.
At this point, I request a clear resolution—either:
1) Immediate technical support that definitively fixes the issue, OR
2) A replacement unit, OR
3) A full refund.
Please treat this as urgent and advise on next steps.

it was from the beginning we had issue , i paid around $2700 for this product and they support 1st month and then once after that to update the firmware , then no support , always kept saying update application and then just wait for teammate , it it just Auto reply , tried to reach via phone , no repose saying use app , using app since last few weeks and no support there

Terrible Customer Service
They have the worst customer service. I have been trying to contact them for over a week for a technical issue with my rotimatic next and its been so frustrating. The AI customer service agent connects you to a specialist and that specialist never appears. Absolute nightmare.

Am having issues with the machine and no one responds on the chat. I have tried reaching out multiple times but no use. Worst product support ever. Once you buy it you are stuck with the product without any support.

They don’t care basically. Took 2000 dollars and ran away like a rat. They are experienced fraudsters and fools and will beat you down with their experience. Wish I could get my money / mental peace back. Order number 79494.
