App has not been updated in over a year. All the money I pay per month, you’d think they could afford to update a web scheduling tool.

Needs work, updates, something!!!
I’ve been a member forever and have used the app to make appointments without any challenges at all, until last month. Suddenly whenever I login I get a message that says I don’t have permission to view the directory. I even tried to create a new account but the program knows that I have an account so no luck there. Fix this please!

Needs Work
When making an appointment, it shows a list of all possible times instead of only just the time slots available so you have to continue to tap on time slots until you no longer receive a “this time slot is no longer available” message.
The app is just as bad as the management of my local club.
App make me frustrated, however the management makes me wanna go postal.
Outdated and unusable
The app has no function. You can not book appointments. You can not see your schedule and the overall experience is bad

Link to appointments doesn’t work, app is in need of serious re-work. Information is not correct.
Worst app ever!
The app shows appointments are available but when you attempt to book it says they are no longer available. Also, the previous app allowed editing of appointments this one does not. Please fix ASAP!
Unable to make appointments
Worked great but now I see an appointment date & time I want and it doesn’t book it. Says unavailable! 😠

None of my appointments after May 25 show up in the app. The app is pretty useless right now and there’s no info the company is working to fix it.

Useless app
Appointments don’t show up in the app. Makes the app totally useless.
Does not show appointments
Does not show appointments anymore and the salon keeps “notifying IT” about it but months gave passed without remedy. Without a functioning appointment feature, this app is junk.
Can’t schedule appointments anymore
I don’t know they changed it. I was able to make appointment in the past & see my contracted info but after their “upgrade” it is now a total different app., which I can’t make regular appointments anymore. It is now only for first time consultation. :(
Can’t “edit” existing appointments
The latest iOS version does not display the option to edit existing appointments on iPad 5th generation. The “edit” appointment option appears on the android version of this app. I think the font or text size used in the iOS version for iPad 5th generation is too big and the “edit” appointment option that is displayed on the upper right hand side of the screen for the android version of this app is being truncated and not displayed. Please fix the iOS app so the “edit” appointment option displays for the iPad 5th generation.

Hi Just Downloaded The App And When I Try To Start An Account It Says I Already Have One. Then When I Try To Login Or Verify My Account It Says No Account Exists.!
