Preorder items
I didn’t see any item marked as preorder when I ordered it and I think it’s the “free items” that were added for spending a certain amount and that’s going to cause me to not get my items shipped for almost a month. That’s feeling very shipping scam like. Unhappy.
Can’t go back in the app
This review is about the app only. Once you click on an item, you can’t just x out or go back to the menu where you were. This is basic stuff when you’re shopping in an app. Fortunately I saw other reviews about terrible customer service, so I’ll probably not even mess with Halara. Even using the size chart sometimes items don’t fit well, and I don’t want to buy something I can’t return or exchange easily.
