Preorder items
I didn’t see any item marked as preorder when I ordered it and I think it’s the “free items” that were added for spending a certain amount and that’s going to cause me to not get my items shipped for almost a month. That’s feeling very shipping scam like. Unhappy.
Can’t go back in the app
This review is about the app only. Once you click on an item, you can’t just x out or go back to the menu where you were. This is basic stuff when you’re shopping in an app. Fortunately I saw other reviews about terrible customer service, so I’ll probably not even mess with Halara. Even using the size chart sometimes items don’t fit well, and I don’t want to buy something I can’t return or exchange easily.

I’m addicted to Halara clothing. I even cancelled my stitch fix so I can order more through Halara. I get a lot of complements when I wear a Halara outfit.
1.5 months to deliver
Halara UK is very misleading - there is no Uk store - the delivery is from North America and take 6 weeks to reach London - in this day and age of next day deliveries this is very disappointing and tests your patience- it’s such a shame especially since the quality of the products is so good

Payment
This app doesn’t allows you to go back and review the order after putting CC info in , I had never pushed a submit button -but my order was placed in in its own by the app and it took money without me even being ok with this final order and amount ( for example I wanted to add another item ) and proceeded my payment right after I put a CC ( literally in a moment after I’m put the info ) in - what if I wanted to change my payment method, nope 👎 that was not even a second given for it 🤔. I feel like $ were pulled out my hand forcefully. Very suspicious and questionable practice. Not happy with this at all . I will have to call my financial institution and ask them to keep an eye on this transaction. Not a good experience at all

Return scam
This company offers free shipping while purchasing but has a scam of a return process. They make you pay to return the items at an estimated high shipping cost or offer a refund as a gift card with the option to keep the merchandise. The next time you need to return something they don’t offer the gift card option just the return. To return one dress they estimated it to be $19.60 which is deducted from your refund upon return.

At 63 I finally found a pair of shorts that I like
The short or so comfortable, they fit well, they don’t ride up and I just love them. I mean I’m 62 and they look very nice.

I have been burned many times ordering from companies online that I haven’t heard of so I very rarely do now. The HALARA clothes looked so cute I decided to take a chance. I am SO HAPPY I did! The linen feel pants that stretch are awesome but my favorite are the pants on the dressier side with the faux buttons in front and the pockets. They are so adorable and comfortable and come in a lot of different colors. I love them!

As a girlie girl who only wears cute little skirts I’ve found the mother load here. I love that there are shorts under everything. I also enjoy all of the color options, because if I like something I will need to have every color available. I wish there was a line of cotton based skirts (with or without shorts) in an array of colors and unique prints , just like the corduroy minis come in. You start selling them & I’ll keep buying them.

App vs orders issues
Constantly have to search my order to find its tracking. Have looked it up in app but will not stick in app. Also when doing 2 for $59 or 3 for $$ and you shop those items it does not register in the app as sale items

Awful. Just everything about it is awful
The clothes are terrible quality. When I try to do a return the website tries to prevent me the entire time. Making it incredibly difficult and when I finally get to the last step it won’t actually let me complete it
