Return is impossible
I’ve now done it 3 times and at the end all freezes - or well, thev3 seconds are up.. says it all of the second option besides SUBMIT is I GIVE UP. I won’t order anymore

I ordered 40 days ago and have not received my order, customer service doesn’t seem to care. I will never order again.
Return lies.
It’s impossible to submit a return. The app freezes and at the end the return doesn’t go through.
Terrible quality and terrible customer service.
Leggings are see through. Difficult return process. Have to pay hefty amount to refund. Customer services admitted that the product is see through “Regarding the transparency concern, this is related to the material and design” yet still argued that I had to pay for the refund.
Having to post it to a random address with a note in the bag - which just does not feel like a safe return process at all. Also, return not showing up in my app which is another concern, but they confirmed on chat it was processing. Time will tell. Complete nightmare!

As a teacher, my life is governed by two rigid laws: 1) Hard pants (looking at you, denim) are an instrument of torture, and 2) My disposable income is approximately four dollars and a half-eaten protein bar that taste like wet cardboard that dried up 2 years ago.

You actually are cooking!"
Do you know what that does to a person? I held back happy tears and am now deciding what my entrance music should be when I go back to school from summer break.

Amazing jeans
I have worn Halara jeans for years. I’ve had so many friends now buying them and no other jeans ever again! We travel extensively and they couldn’t be more perfect for light packing. We now live in Thailand ….and they even ship here!! I’m thrilled. Thanks Halara for such a great product!!

SLOW DELIVERY
Placed my first Halara order & was so excited!!! Ordered on July 7 (hoping to have it for my birthday July 18) well that came & went! Says delivery August 7, wow! I ordered summer clothes, so I get it 3 outfits with 3 weeks of summer left!! So disappointed, do better!
Changed my mind
I was having trouble returning items so I just gave up. Then I tried the dress on again and even though it was a little form fitting I wore it and got a ton of compliments.

I love the outfits I purchased. They are nice and comfortable and deff easy to go to bathroom in like broadcasted. The material is nice and soft my two year old kept rubbing me.

The quality of items are great but having to wait a month for delivery is awful.
