Terrible App
I keep getting emails saying “a new document has been added to your….” I look in every category and there is nothing added- NOTHING! I have not recently gone for tests or seen my doctor. i do not have an appointment in the next week and even if I did why no reminder? There is nothing! I am fed up with these emails!

Broken and does not work
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Attempted to use the app to schedule an appointment and it won’t allow us to choose the proper location making the app effectively useless.
Waste of time
I can’t believe this app was actually used by a medical provider. after just a few minutes without completing on all the forms the app stopped working. What happened to my data who knows? Don’t waste your time!
Can’t even figure out how to get login
I was instructed to use this app to make payment and being my first time, I do not have a username or email associated with it. There’s no way to even create one on the main screen. So I will uninstall the app and call them to make payment.
Horrible App - don’t even try to download
This app is one of the worst medical apps I have ever come across. My provider instructed me to use this to fill out patient paperwork, and between the provider having literally 23 forms to fill out AND how bad this platform presents and manages and fills the the documents, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had onboarding. The forms ask you to repeat the same information over and over, it ask you to the date in one format or another and is not consistent. It does not learn previous responses or save signatures.
I stopped at form 7 of 23 and called it good. If my provider wants my paperwork then they can hand me some regular forms. Otherwise there is no chance of me doing it on this app.

You should probably get a new doctor
If this is what I’m going to have to deal with… I would cancel my appointment if it wasn’t past the cancellation window… I’m assuming, because I can’t even see that.
I’m dreading the thought of dealing with the doctor because they use this app.
If I could give it negative stars, I would.
I already have high blood pressure. I’m going to have to go on a higher dose of if they make me use this.

When trying to download this app I got a request to submit my credit card, and at the bottom of the screen was an American Airlines logo. I have redone this app several times without success. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star

The ModuleMD patient portal and the Hale app do not “speak” with one another. Resetting a password within the ModuleMD does not sync with the Hale app. Therefore, I’m put in continuous circles trying to reset passwords to gain access to medical information uploaded by my doctor. There is no patient access in the ModuleMD site, only medical practice client options. Very unfriendly user access for patients.

Terrible app that will not accept credit card information
The app does not accept credit card payments. How else are clients above to pay the invoices. The error message states enter a correct credit card number. I have multiple times

Not good
Some major oversight in the UI. When I go to book an appointment there is no button to pres to create the appointment and I am stuck in that view. Best guess, some issue around responsive design across mobile devices.
Unable to open the app
I successfully set up my account on the website but when I open the app, nothing happens. The logo on a white background doesn’t change. I’m not sure how my allergy office expects me to use this to keep current on my shots.
Can’t log on
My doctors office needs me to log on to say I have arrived for allergy injections. As well as make new appointments. I haven’t been able to get on for months. They have reset my account and password several times. With no change. It just looks like it is loading, but nothing is happening. If I put in the wrong password it will tell me incorrect password.

Just got this app. Doesn’t work.
It’s cool because this is for MEDICAL services and now I can’t access ANY of my child’s stuff because the app won’t load and you can’t actually access it through the web without it trying to take you to the app. The app that doesn’t work.
