Won’t pair to app

My glasses won’t par to app and on my Bluetooth it says it it paired

So disappointed

I have been in contact with “Frank” from the company and have sent over 30 emails to try and resolve the numerous issues I have with the glasses.
1. The AI APPS do not work.
2. The translation app doesn’t work.
3. The ring has pairing issues.
4. The app longer allows me to log in
at all.

I was hoping to get these issues resolved before now but as of yet nothing has happened and for the price point they are asking, I believe this product should be more responsive, reliable, and revolutionary. Maybe this post will inspire a meaningful conversation and help get a pliable resolution.

We the consumers deserve to have a positive experience and must be able to express our thoughts on a product built on the image of high quality and performance.

Accountability is paramount and we need to be reassured that our hard earned money is not wasted on gimmicks.

Stay away

Proprietary AI is the worst I have seen. The ring is bulky, made of plastic, looks cheap and ugly. Ah yes and it also doesn’t work properly.
I really wanted to love these glasses, but right now they have found their place in a drawer. Waste of money.

Pretty good

App is helpful for initial pairing and setup, with useful YouTube tutorials, especially for finding the green circle. Firmware update took 5-8 mins, but now it’s stuck at 0%, stating 'keep glasses connected.' I'll leave it overnight. Hardware-wise, Halliday got my lenses’ RX right (-2.25 & -2.50), enabling all-day wear without contacts and using +1.25-.50 readers. I expect my ring learning curve to be short which paired successfully to the glasses via app. navigating menu options w/in the green circle using the ring will just take practice—light touches/swiping seems to work best so far.

The update above remains at 0%, so this is my only setup issue so far. I'll email support, but being in the US, I may not get a same-day reply from Singapore.

Once updated, I noticed the green LCD isn’t visible to others, but I might be wrong when I start using it regularly. Will update this review if needed.

Proprietary AI is Useless

Please allow the glasses to work with ChatGPT and other AI products. The proprietary AI is garbage and so behind the AI evolution it makes these glasses a thing of the past. these glasses have so much more potential. Not worth the price tag.

Halfway there

This is actually a positive review, I just feel as though improvements can be made. I would like to be able to clear my call records when I want, or better yet, select which call record I would like deleted. I would also love to see the reactive A.I have a “poke” feature like the proactive version has. Sometimes it waits long after I finish speaking, and a poke feature would be nice to let it know when I’m finished speaking into it. Having driving directions on the screen would also be very beneficial. The glasses could present green arrows with the distance beside it. And lastly, having another language be translated into English is handy, but I would also like to flip on a dime and translate my response in English into Spanish. That way I can read it back to the person. I see great potential in these glasses, and these features would certainly help me.

Unstable embarrassing product

Advertised features rarely work. User experience is the worst.

Incredible advancement in the field

They feel organic not awkward the app is basic but functional. Can’t wait to see what they’re capable of over time

UPDATE: their proprietary Ai is incapable of answering basic questions. With the reactive Ai feature it’s completely useless—every other smart glasses maker uses a chat GPT client and it functions great. What’s the point if half the reason you bought them doesn’t work
