Not good
Never works. Has too many issues with start up and kicking you out. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app almost monthly.

This app was much better not even 3 months ago.
It’s not anymore. I can’t select another station because a blank screen pops up and I select View Stations and I cannot change stations. Why?
The reason for having the App is so that I don’t have to log in with a desktop. Can you please fix this issue ? That’d be great. Thank you !

Honest review
This app is infuriating. When our department first started using it it worked great and then updates started happening and it seems to get worse every time. I’d say 65 percent of our firefighters are having problems logging in and if you do get in there’s constant glitches throughout the app. We’ve been told to delete to app and re download it and still having constant issue. I would not recommend this app to other departments!!!

Used to work great
I’d have given it a 5 last year but now it’s glitchy and won’t let me switch between checks when it lets me log in at all.
Won’t load
I’ve tried opening the app multiple times and all I get is a blue loading circle for hours. Forced closed and restarted iPad and nothing changed.

Every time I used the app things are changed around. The whole layout seems different every time I log in. Very slow and very confusing

If I left this review open and just added to it every time I had an issue this review would be scathing. Funny enough I got asked for a review as I was trying to open the app after it had crashed on me while trying to add equipment three separate times and it’s really, really aggravating me.

Doesn’t Work
Doesn’t work on latest iPhones or latest version of iOS. Loads to white screen after login. Had to close and reload app several times before it finally worked.

This program is a tribute to form over function and a perfect representation of the demise of my chosen career.

Great app just needs fine Tuning
App will some times just shut off and I’ll lose all data right in the middle of a truck check. Usually this happens on truck checks that have over a 150 items. But great app for the most part.
App never works
The app never works when it’s time to use it. Computer based this software is fine, but the app is always slow, or doesn’t work at all.
Well worth the investment!
This sort of technology, in and of itself, makes my job a ton easier and saves many hours of paperwork and documentation. Additionally, issues get brought up more quickly, accountability is near perfect, all around a great thing for the fire service.
A couple minor issues attributed to user error, sorted out by Alex M. via phone, and it's smooth sailing.
I'd like to see a bit more ability to customize, specifically simplifying the compartment checks to where ANY equipment (consumables, medical gear, serialized assets of value) can be added to any one compartment (instead of just consumables, low value tools and medical gear). Having a "compartment" within a compartment aside from the serialized tools can create a bit of confusion when training someone to use the app.
The app is useful for checks, but I'd love to be able to conduct more administrative functions on my mobile, instead of having to visit the office and log on via PC or navigate the non-mobile website on my phone screen.
For those of us with multiple departments to manage, it'd be nice to be able to switch between them in the app without having to sign totally out and back in.
Long story short, absolutely stellar program. I understand that the learning curve for developers is steep in the current age of needing instant gratification. Keep up the good work, there's a good thing to be had here!

Best Asset Tracking App
Great for emergency services. Easy to use app and helpful for getting everyone on the same page.
Dysfunctional
Can’t edit anything within the app. Does not let me customize what’s already within the app at all, there is no noticeable feature allowing to edit anything despite creating an account. Thought maybe creating an account through their TSO app would help but no. Waste of time.
Not working
Won't let me by the first page. Push next nothing hold it down nothing.
Can’t log in
When I try to log in using my Emergency Reporting username and password I get an error message and I’m prompted to contact the support team.
