Since starting the GP referral scheme, Brandon has been a huge support at the gym. His kindness, patience, and encouragement have given me the confidence to keep going. He’s genuinely great at his job, and I’m really grateful for everything he’s done.

Exercise Classes
Fed up because I can’t get into classes I want to even at 7am a fortnight in advance.
Notification Issues
Booking facility is great and app easy to use. However despite all settings being correct, notifications aren’t being sent through so you miss out on waiting list spaces

I am trying to book a class. It won’t let me log in to bookings with my existing info.
It also asks me to read the Terms and Conditions but that doesn’t show anything that you can read

This app freezes , no way of seeing if I have actually been booked onto the activity. Difficult to use.
Trouble logging in !
Unable to reset my password, and the number I was given to reset it keeps cutting me off 🤷♀️
Good idea, poorly implemented
In the ‘book an activity’ section,the labels on the ‘tabs’ for days of the week get garbled and unreadable at random intervals. The ‘book for someone else’ feature is completely broken.

Disappointed ,I straddle Leominster and Hereford swimming but not able to find opening times without committing to one or the other in
Useless and confusing
Can’t book a court as once logged In it tries to take you to gym and swimming when booking. Log out and close the app and re open without logging in and it’s at a page you can book badminton and squash.. useless

Useless app. Very frustrating.
No swim option!
Tried several times but not finding swimming info. Staff at pool very helpful but now I am at home it is impossible to navigate to!

This joking? When booking gym it is said from 15 space available 13 and then i enter it is 44 people inside and really no space at all! I try to use different place and it is the same story, from 20 avalible 18 and inside 26 people!!!

Good but not great
Easy to book activities and find what you are looking for but a little clunky at times.
I really dislike how I must dismiss the “refer a friend” page every time the app is opened. It makes getting to where you wan slower than it needs to be. Similarly every time you go to book an activity T&C most be accepted. As a member I have already opted in so why do I need to be reminded every time?
