Really nice app with good details
I like that theSchool has its own app. Much easier for keeping up with assignments and for communicating with teachers. It makes me feel that we have individual communication with our school and it’s not just anonymous. Very easy to use.

Can’t submit absences
I create a login via school messenger to be able to submit absences for my two kids. However, the App says there are no kids associated with our home phone number or either email that we use to speak with the school.

Poor
Just give me a phone number to call. Who has time to play around with this app before work. I just got stuck in an endless update loop which I don’t have time to wait for. I usually don’t even submit an illness notification to the school anymore because of this system.
Access issues
I am able to log in at night from a computer no problem but every time I try on the app during the day / I am told there was an issue and I’m taken back to the login screen. I also experience errors that say my internet connection is t strong enough. It doesn’t make sense.
Terrible. Not user friendly.
This isn’t an app but a platform where the user signs to then sign up for more apps and programs. Microscopic text and multiple programs collecting info about the user and their family.
You need a long way to go
I did all the sign up and obviously am excited to use it for new school year. Second day of school, the bus in the morning was cancelled and yet I received no update from the APP, nor from Email alert. And my son was late after the count and I received no call from absence line. Tell me what is this fancy app doing.

Nothing works!
School cash doesn't work, suscribe to school doesn't work... Disappointing
Kindergarten children could do better than this
This so-called app is just a fancy looking link that takes you to your browser. Save space, frustration, and just use your bookmarked links. What an embarrassment for the person(s) at the Board who selected this useless piece of software.

Absolutely garbage
Won’t recognize me as the parent of my children so I can’t use the features of the app. Back to the trusty call in method, I guess.
Nothing native just links
Someone took pretty icons from another app, created a few links and there you have it. Most irritating part of the entire app is information updates. Close the app, open it a second later and you’ll be asked to update it. Brutal.
Disappointing
Most of the app is either links to web sites or embedded browser (more web sites). Also, the company chosen to work on this is not even Canadian. This is sad... mostly because of a waste of public money, and potential sharing of sensitive data with foreign companies... please start over, with a local company. We have talent here...maybe try partnering with colleges and universities. Thanks.

Can't subscribe school.
Links with pretty icons
I was expecting “report absences” and “school cash online” to be native within the app. Instead it’s just a “pretty” icon with embedded browser within the app. Those are basically the two features parents use the most. It’s easier to open the browser and execute above. Rest of the native stuff no one really cares about. Get those two native and its a 5 star.
Edit: I just noticed report absences just pops up my browser anyways. Haha. Awful.

Not working
It won't let me add a school. It shows the list of available schools but won't let me slide the dial for any schools to select them.
