Slow, low quality

Our daycare unfortunately was bought out by Kids and Co so we switched to this app. It’s slow. It makes you log in with Face ID everytime or a random sign in. You have to log in to see messages from the centre. It looks like they didn’t take photos of your kids for days but if you click gallery you can sometimes see them. Would not recommend but we are stuck with it

The app works perfectly fine for the most part. Does log me out sometimes but the biometrics help get in soon.

“Working on updates” for 3 years now.

The very core basics seem to work. I can add my credit and pay. The lack of Apple Pay is unfortunate, but it doesn’t affect my rating. After 3 years, I still can’t see my transaction history. They’ve been “adding new features as fast as possible” since we started using the app almost 3 years ago. My son is going to be out of daycare before any actual updates happen.
