App stops working after you buy card
App works fine….until you buy the card and try to load it. Luckily they send you an email for your ticket
Crashes
Don’t rely on this app for your travel QR code, you can’t download to Apple wallet, and when the app crashes and you’re on the u bahn you can’t show the ticket inspector it’s a bit awkward lol
App crashes
App cannot stay open for longer than 5 seconds. You can reboot to get it to stay open but if you access anything, it’ll keep crashing. Shouldn’t be this hard to develop a simple app.
App won’t open after purchase
App stopped working (crashes upon open attempt) after purchase. It showed the QR code when I did the purchase. But when I tried to open app second time, it crashed. Rebooted phone didn’t fix the issue. Reinstalled app and app worked until I added my card purchase (with last name and booking number from email). App crashed right away again. Had to use the pdf from email instead of app.

Poor service for the travel card
I tried to use the app to get a Hamburg card for travel on the fantastic local transport network. The app doesn’t recognise UK postcodes so I had to get the concierge at the hotel to make the transaction. The neighbourhood guides are good and there a many discounts for goods and services, including entry to a number of the museums if that’s what you’re into.
