User reviews

System error

Good to review train times. But credit card not taking (error), PayPal finally accepting but train tickets not able to purchase due to “system error”

Not Great as International User

The app would not accept my Canadian credit card which completely prohibited me from using it. Since the buses would not accept cash or other forms of payment, I had to walk 30+ minutes to the nearest subway station to buy my day pass every day. Please add Apple Pay as an option!

Terrible

I cannot add a foreign credit card and the app is the only way to purchase bus tickets. The app should be called “tourists go away!”

Ridicolous app

After asking you tons of details, finally I input my credit card and it’s not accepted. Then I try with another and another. Nothing. 30 minutes after I bought the paper tickets. It’s insane. Is it 2025 or stone age? - updated: they do not accept foreign cards. Why? Nobody knows
