Not working
I paid 8.90 euros for Deutschland ticket tariff then I couldn't register on the app or online. I had to call to finish my registration. Then once I got my account information the login failed and called 3 separate times for help and they couldn't get it to work. They said "the website must be broken" and had no way to resolve my issue. Finally, I didn’t take my money back. Why even have an app or website if it's not going to work?

Not Great for International Users
Since I was travelling from Canada, I was unable to confirm my phone number since my Canadian phone plan was disabled (no international service). Since I did not have any other phone number this completely prohibited me from using the app.
Cannot Upgrade Tarif
A large oversight, it does not seem possible to switch the Tarif after you create an account. For example, upgrading from light to standard. You must cancel, delete the account, and create a new account to upgrade. Would be nice if they fix this, or at least let the user know during sign-up.
Not working
My account t stopped working. When you want to re set the password, it says the server is not available. A new registration is only possible if you have a German telephone number as the final text message for confirmation does not get through.
