Very poor user interface
Trying to get my tickets and just keep going round in circles. Tried to delete account and start again using form provided, you can only tick the 2 required fields and it responds ‘ There is a problem with one or more of your responses. Please check and try again ‘ App not deleted and reverting to paper tickets!

Hampshire cricket app
Struggling to give one star. An extremely difficult app to navigate. Clunky, not intuitive. Even using the ticket portion is difficult. Awkward to find fixtures. Does not have a link to the ‘call it out’ facility for the stadium. Awful. Please improve it and encourage its use.

Couldn’t access my tickets last year and when I reported it was told I could print them - I know!!!
This year same issue - I have correct accounts linked and still no tickets. So I thought I’d delete the account and start again … apparently that will take 28days 🙄

Poor push notification deep linking
It’s very frustrating. The app sends you notifications about items of news, or highlight videos or interviews, and you click on them to enter the app to see/read more and you are taken to a “page” that has nothing whatsoever to do with the notification you clicked on. Not only that, it’s impossible to find the item afterwards either. Come on - this is basic deep linking. The app was produced either in a rush and has not been tested or it’s been created by rank amateurs.

Unable to download tickets
I like the layout and general navigation, however the primary reason for downloading this app was to have the tickets on my phone. Unfortunately this doesn’t work (despite having the relevant accounts needed it tells me there is no account) and the help offered really wasn’t helpful in getting this resolved.

Tickets don’t download to app
I downloaded this app so I could download tickets I bought through ageas bowl as suggested in the email. It didn’t work. This app

Tickets not in the app
Generally pleased with the app but it says that tickets would be available in the app but I could not see mine and when I rang up they said they would be emailed to me which takes away half the point of the app. Otherwise it does work well though and is a great idea
Does not work!
Despite attempting many times the app is unable to send a confirmation regarding an e mail address and the help desk simply brushed off the issue with “ the problem has been reported a number of times” with no solution.
Can’t access tickets
The app is terrible. It won’t find my tickets from either the email address or account number. It tells me “no account found” despite the fact I have an email confirmation at that email address.

Worst app I have used in a while. Have ordered tickets and unable to view via the app. The apps navigation is poor and needs redesigning in my opinion. This is the worst ticketing app I have used without exception
Great App for immediate updates on games
I’ve not used it for buying tickets etc but for general info it’s good and I love the updates on games that are going on.
I don’t have to go looking for reviews, I just get immediate scores, scorers, stats etc all at a glance especially if I’m busy, love it!

Score on the watch
The app is great, but I think the app can be integrated on the watch where we can view the score and have the match ticket on there!!!

Great all the latest news and update would not be with out it again
No good if you don’t have signal at the ground
As you can’t save the tickets to the Apple Wallet, it relies on you having a good mobile internet signal at the ground...if you don’t, you can’t access the tickets in the app...even if you screenshot the ticket before you go, it detects a screenshot has been taken and gives a warning that the ticket may not work after that...

For what I understand to be a new app in the market this is very good - it has certainly made keeping tabs on what is going on very much easier

Scorecards in Match Centre will not expand. Screen locks up, have to quit app.
Please read these reviews and act on them...
The app has not been tested properly it is buggy and freezes, poor font sizes (too small) and bad visibility in sunshine (yellow on blue!!) pretty amateur errors that can be fixed properly before the season and CWC goes much further.
Of course the wifi and 4G this year at the Ageas Bowl remains woeful so many will just be fed up with that long before they test the App! Come Hampshire spend the small amount of money with some top advisers and suppliers to fix this stuff. It is central to many supporters experience now.
