Doesn’t work anymore

I used HanBook for a few years and it was the best, until I started paying for it a few months ago. Now, as of June 5, 2025, it doesn’t work, at all. Did the owners die? Did tech support quit? Can I get my money back?

My paid-for app just stopped working!

This has been the best app ever to learn Chinese. One day ago, for some reason, it just stopped working. When I try to log in the app says “there is a strong request.” It then tells me ‘there is a problem with your network configuration.” There is no problem with my network—everything else works just fine including all other apps! The problem is with the app! I have the same problem on all my other devices only when using this app. There is no way to get support to the company to report the problem. PLEASE FIX THE APP!

Generally I think it’s good but…. I’m kinda broke can we just have the lessons for free. I really like learning 中文 very very much can the Hànbook team make it free I would be eternally grateful!, I really want to go to Wuhan, Shanghai and Beijing China and speak Mandarin to the people. Took the money then run

I paid for a 12 month subscription and after 5 months the paid access stopped. Have emailed and contacted via their website. But have never received a response. Take your money elsewhere, this app is no longer legitimate for a paid subscription.
