Too slow in posting transactions!

Worst bank app

The face log in never works, there’s no way to wire money through app. Confirm transferring bank account total is impossible to find. The interface is not tuned for iPhone 11+. Can’t go backwards without completely exiting the app and having to manually type in my password due to Face ID not working.

Each and every time since the latest update you constantly have to verify your identify by text or email now. This needs to be corrected immediately.

Make it work

Nothing works well with this app. Can’t login without getting a code every time. So why even have an option to remember my login and device? Can’t deposit mobile checks once in a while. Can navigate links properly. Doesn’t even work outright once in a while. It’s a freaking business app and it doesn’t work most of the time, how am I supposed to trust your business?

Zelle

Make it to where you can send Zelle through the business app. My personal account is linked to my business account and I don’t have the option to use Zelle. Was thinking about changing to another bank for convenience.

Hancock Whitney Bank treats me great!

Hancock Bank is great!
If there’s a line, the managers come out of the office, so I don’t have to wait!
I’ve had a great experience with Hancock Bank.
I would highly recommend them!

Decent

The App seems really outdated, especially compared to Wells. Also mobile deposit takes forever to hit the account. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 is because it is functional and decent speed.

The app doesn’t work more than it actually does!!! I deleted it a few times and redownloaded it, thinking it would help! It doesn’t help.

Getting worse

I used to able to transfer money but now it gives me errors and they don’t have a date when the app will be fixed. Shameful to treat business customers like this in a mobile world.

Deposits for Business

When I am at a clients home I can deposit their check right there and later I can view the check to remember who the check was from
