New app doesn’t work
Mobile deposits is useless. It won’t auto-capture, and there is no button to take a photo when you turn off auto-capture.

The new app is fantastic and easy to navigate. Couple this with a great frontline at their banks then top off with the best customer service group in the business and you have HancockWhitney Star Line Service

Much easier to find information. Easier to read. Layout is professional. Great job.
So damn slow and buggy
This app is a downgrade from the previous version. Check depositing takes over two minutes on Wi-Fi and then the app crashes. Online baking with Hancock Whitney is a joke. It’s almost enough to make me close all of my accounts down.
Lock app
I’m finally glad you can lock the app. It will be nice to able lock your debt card when not using it. I believe it’s more safer that way. But the up- grade is fantastic. Thanks for finally getting updated with other establishments.

Updated yes, still problematic.
Although this is a better app version than the last, it’s still problematic. The biggest problem is that it CONSTANTLY asks to send a pin via text or email. Despite Face ID being used. Is it really really so hard to fingerprint the device so this doesn’t ned to happen 9 out of 10 times to login ! Why can every coder for all other banks figure this out but HW can’t. It’s such a pain to have to stop and go into email to wait for a pin to pop up almost daily. FIX THIS.
