Needs to send alerts for schedule changes
I am a customer using this app, and my biggest complaint is that the app doesn’t send an alert when my schedule is changed by the pet training/sitting service that I use. Partially on them for frequently changing times on the schedule, but it seems to me that getting an alert when something is added or changes on your schedule would be helpful

Connectivity issues
Trying to set app up for dog care while I am away for the holidays
Keep getting connectivity issues messages and won’t let me schedule
Have tried rebooting phone, removing/reinstalling app
Have even gone to the dog care place and try on their Wi-Fi
Briefly connected and the bounced off
App keeps shutting down
Still nothing!

Love this app! I'm able to book a last minute walk for my dog on DogZenergy and also see who my friends are using for a local groomer and book her at the same time. There's a nice mix of services offered, it's user friendly, and I really like the design!
Needs work
Lots of back and forth on screens to schedule recurring visits. I can't see scheduled appointments on one screen. I can't tell if I already scheduled an appointment on a given day and have to go back and forth between screens to figure it out. This is fine for setting up an occasional appointment but not good for recurring and regular visits like daily for walks.

Awesome App!
This app has a ton of potential! I can't wait to see what happens once more users join, and more services are offered. The selection is definitely limited at the moment, but I see it growing very soon.
