Not good coconut water
I have some serious concerns regarding the coconuts being delivered to my doorstep and would appreciate your attention to the following issues:
1. Difficulty in opening the coconut
I'm not sure what process is being followed while cutting/preparing the coconuts before delivery, but the way they are currently being cut makes it extremely difficult to open them and pour out the water. Today, I had to cut through at least 5 inches of the outer layer just to reach the water inside.
2. Significant reduction in the quantity of coconut water
I have also raised concerns over the past few days regarding the quantity of water in the coconuts. Today's coconut contained less than a glass of water, which is quite disappointing.
During the initial days of the service, the quantity was consistently good. However, recently there has been a noticeable decline, and the quantity has become extremely inconsistent and, in some cases, very low.

Classic Bait-and-Switch: Great Product, Terrible Business Practices
The products are genuinely good. I initially ordered coconut water for ₹73 using the ₹300 free wallet credit they gave me. It was actually better than competitors like Milkbasket and Country Delight, and even cheaper.
Because I liked the product, I added my own money to the wallet once the free credit was exhausted. That’s when the real game started.
First, they quietly added a ₹19 delivery charge. Fine, I could live with that. But then, without any notice, the product price itself was silently increased from ₹73 to ₹93, making the total ₹112 (₹93 + ₹19 delivery) for a single coconut water—more expensive than Country Delight.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: lure customers with attractive pricing, get them to load money into the wallet, and then quietly hike prices. That’s not how you build trust or retain customers.
To make matters worse, they claim wallet money can be withdrawn, but there’s no option anywhere in the app to do so.
Good products can’t compensate for such deceptive pricing practices. Extremely disappointing.

Poor Quality, False Delivery Status & No Customer Support
My experience with Handpickd has been terrible from the beginning. My very first order was falsely marked as “customer cancelled” even though I was home the entire time. No delivery was ever attempted. My society records every visitor entry, so this could have easily been verified.
The grape stems were already rotting, and the mangoes were shriveled instead of fresh which was extremely disappointing.
The most frustrating part is the constant promotional notifications. I have opted out multiple times, yet they continue to send them. They simply ignore my requests to stop.
To make matters worse, there is no proper way to contact customer support through the app. There is no customer care number or live chat option, making it incredibly difficult to get help when something goes wrong.
At this point, I don’t care about any remaining credits or offers. I just want them to stop sending me marketing messages and respect my decision to opt out.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Sincere attempt to serve quality
After having tried with all types of e commerce agencies, be it Blinkit, Big Basket etc., I have found this agency to be at least trying to sincerely serve what it promises. But, one problem here is they are not supplying some of the items, after taking the order the previous day. Either they should not show those items in their inventories, or if order is taken then the items should be delivered. About the items being pesticide free, I do not have means to test or certify, but relying on trust.
