What's New in Handstand Pro

1.1.3

September 10, 2026

Smoother sessions, and a few refinements. - Scrolling is smoother on every screen. - During a rest, tap the drill coming up to see how it works, without stopping the countdown. - A second session within half an hour offers to skip the warm-up, from your path too. - A skill you have already started reviewing offers to continue, not to start over. - Fixed: on the final test, the get-ready countdown no longer restarts if you tap the button twice. Thanks for being one of the first Handstand Pro users.

Best handstand app out there

This app is fantastic. The workouts are really well structured and make learning a handstand feel achievable rather than overwhelming. I love how everything is broken down into clear progressions, so you always know what to work on next and can actually see yourself improving.

It’s challenging, fun, and incredibly motivating. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some handstand experience and want to improve your technique and consistency, I’d highly recommend it. Easily one of the best fitness apps I’ve used!
