App seems to work great now. There was an issue with connecting my necklace. Also, the battery usage was miscalculating. Both issues have been resolved with the update. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about this device. I have a wearable. My husband has a sleep pad. My husband has been unable to fall asleep easily due to his career of working grades and splits and day shifts since he’s been using his sleep pad it’s actually insane how quickly he falls asleep and stays asleep has good sleep as for me the wearable headband is incredibly helpful with staying focused and calm. Amazing technology.

Constant upsell/cross-sell
The app is a pain to use. Every time you open it, instead of taking you to your favourite routines, it try to upsell or cross-sell you on their other products including having an “Investors” page. Clearly their VC funding is driving them for more ARR. This just results in a poor user experience
App problems
The app no longer accepts my login and I can’t find any support links. I have an account and pay for a membership. Password reset does not work nor does deleting and reinstalling the app. I hope to get assistance by creating this 1 star review. Please help.

Good product but the app needs work
In theory, it’s a great product but I haven’t been able to use it much because the app has so many issues and by them time I’m trying to use it for sleep, their support team is no longer online. Has been incredibly frustrating going back and forth on the same issues.

Really helped regulate my sleep schedule. Other modes to focus or chill out are pretty cool.

Game Changing
I have had trouble sleeping for most of my adult life. When I first heard about Hapbee, I was a bit skeptical but I was also intrigued by the science so I decided to give it a try. The first time I turned on the sleep pad, I found myself getting drowsy almost instantly. I have now been using it for close to a month and have had several nights where I slept over 9 hours, something that was unheard of for me. It has worked so well that I’m going to buy the wearable device so I can try the other settings such as focus.

Bait & Switch
I'm a practitioner treating many chronic pain patients. I bought two on the recommendation of a colleague, so that I could: first become acquainted with the technology to know how best to use it and who is most likely a responder, and second, loan them out to get patients started (after which they j could buy their own) What has happened to the company since then has been to force subscription by excluding either most or all of the original programs ... a few of which appeared to work (I can't tell if any are available without subscription because each one I have selected asks me to subscribe now). I originally understood that the multimedia style programs would be paid, but the evolving basic programs would continue to be covered in the price of the pad or neck-band. Now I have 2 like new Hapbee pads laying around... Fortunately I have alternative apps that do deliver, but definitely feeling taken advantage of despite my investment that, until they pulled this bait and witch, helped them on my dime. Sad.

I was kind of surprised it works.
I was skeptical this device would actually work but was semi-desperate to find something to help me sleep without being knocked out by a pill. After using it regularly now for almost two months I know it at least helps me sleep through the night without waking up at 2:15 and 3:13 and 4:27. The only thing I changed in my daily routine, including food and drink, has been wearing the Hapbee device. The other effects are pretty subtle, for me anyway, then again I don’t wear it regularly for things other than sleeping. I have also used it to keep alert when on long drives and it seems to help there also. Again, the effects are subtle- it’s not like drinking 3 cups of coffee.

Questionable science + robbery
I paid $300 for this device. I am not allowed to get absolutely any of the so-called “vibes” or “moods” without signing up for a monthly service.
I’m busy, so I didn’t get to use it very much in the free trial period. Then again, I didn’t think the free trial period would take every single thing away from me afterwards.
So now I something that cost me $300 for which the science is unproven and very questionable and I can’t even use it.

Sleep optimization
Utilizing my Oura ring and tracking my deep sleep while utilizing the sleep blends offered within the Hapbee app has made this a tremendous upgrade to my overall sleep performance. Grateful to have discovered this device.
Bricked
Not sure if Sleep Pad ever worked/did anything but recently they insist you pay for subscription. For over a year they didn’t and now you have to subscribe. They now say, after being able to use the purchased sleep pad for over a year, that all you have to do is sign up and then not continue but hey what was I doing for over a year? So I consider this a bricking of my purchased sleep pad.

Untrustworthy tech
It’s hard to understand this company. I’ve had a device for 4 yrs now. Out Of the blue I’ve started to get charged for use. I called the company to inquire on why this has changed figuring I’ve been part of the Legacy group to start use. They said it’s always been a subscription based model but that for the past 4 years their app has been glitched and not charging. I find it horrifying that a company creating a brain frequency device for use on your BRAIN! Can’t get the app right to charge based on their business model. It’s impossible to trust the credibility of this company’s tech at that point. Have to say goodbye who wants to buy some used devices? Updated: yes please send me the

When you buy something 300$ and can use it at all without subscription, it’s almost a scam. At least they could unblock limited features
