Exactly what I needed

I wanted an app to keep track of everything with the family I work for. This lets me do that.

I love the kids’ activity feed as I used to write a daily log on paper - now I just enter the activity and the parents can see it live.

Schedule and time tracking with reminders is also very handy - no more forgetting when I worked.

I wish I could see hours and earnings history, that way I don’t have to keep separate track for my taxes.

Deceptive

The app frequently indicates through notifications that I have families interested or multiple profiles to review. I even get text notifications saying I have unread messages. When I open the app I have no messages and maybe 1 or 2 profiles to review. It is deceptive and reminds me of clickbait. I’m ready to trash the app all together. Questions regarding this issue have been ignored. I AM giving 2 stars because when a “family - single dad living alone” asked me to contact them privately I did receive an immediate response to my message to the app customer service. Otherwise I would give zero stars.

It can be better!

epp needs to be safer for nannies. require parents to correctly enter work data such as number of children, desired hours, location, city. the apo seems to be well designed but it doesn't seem to have consulted a worker to know what I really need.
