• Training Focus: a body shows you which muscles you’ve trained most lately. The more, the redder, and during breaks they gently fade. Tap a muscle to see when you last trained it, how many sets you did, and with which exercises. Just swipe between front and back. • Training coach: right next to the input fields, a hint suggests the right weight, tuned to your reps, your intensity, and over time to your own workouts. If a set was clearly too easy, it goes up in proportion; if it was really tough, a bit lighter. One tap applies it. Suggestions come in 5 kg (10 lb) steps that every machine can do, and you can turn them off in Settings. • Last set: the very last set of your workout lights up in rainbow colors, so you give it everything one more time. And at the top you can always see when you started and how long you’ve been training. • Plan with AI: let an AI of your choice create a training plan or revise an existing one, for example with different equipment. Happy Health gives it the exercise list, so only exercises that exist here end up in the plan. You’ll see everything again before it’s saved, and when revising, also what was swapped, added, or dropped. • Rest over: the notification now arrives reliably, also with Apple Watch and through the Fitness focus. Long-press it to add 30 seconds or a minute; in the app, “+30 s” stays up for a moment. • Share plans: an exported plan is now its own file you can pass on to training partners. “Import” figures out by itself whether it’s a plan or a backup. • Noticeably smoother: switching tabs and opening Progress are now much faster. • The nutrition card in the Body tab has been removed. Happy Health no longer reads calorie intake from Apple Health. • Small improvements: the first time you do an exercise, the following sets also take over your reps, plus and minus speed up much faster when held, the checkmark above the keyboard no longer blocks anything, and the rest card no longer slides over what you’re typing.
