This is the final update for the Happy Money mobile app. Beginning February 2026, please access your account in our Customer Portal (link the url to apply login page), which works seamlessly on mobile browsers and offers all the same features.

Needs a lot of info from you but won’t give you a loan that was pre-approved for you.

Can’t even access the app

Let’s me sign in on the website but not the app. Tried day after day with the same outcome. Makes zero sense.

Works sometimes

It works sometimes, generally don't trust what it shows you as numbers lag for weeks. Now I'm just about paid off and it keeps telling me to update the app before I can log in, but the app is up to date, so I can't log in.

Super glitchy

I swear everytime I get on this app it’s a new glitch or issue. Now when I go to open it, it tells me to update yet there is no update available. I even deleted the app, redownloaded it and it still acts like that. Hard to pay the bill when your app don’t work.
