Only two days trial is good

After two days their service and quality of milk is very bad .
Not god response by their team also. It’s such a terabyte experience

Didn’t Receive Refund In My Bank

Price issue

Without prior notification prices of subscribed product can change within night by 2-4 Rs without prior notification. No proper support system who will listen your issue.

Pathetic customer care support ..milk is also not upto mark and they compare with country delight ….

When u guys are dozy only then the quality of milk is good along with customer care support….customer since 4years …. Now shifted to country delight due to their customer support …money is only priority for them

Payment issues

I too was facing payment issues online, then Ravi from customer service resolved the issue by sending a payment link which can be used every month for recharge. Thanks Ravi.

I did not like the invoice susyem

I have been paying and updating my wallet regularly but I must say the billing system is too confusing. I am always zero in my wallet. I cannot understand how. When I try to understand the transactions I cannot understand anything.
There by I feel there is a lot of fake transactions added.
I will be cancelling my account with them. Sorry you are not transparent.

Poor systems or frauds?

Got them to deliver for 3 days then asked to stop. Few days later I get the bill for 5 days (additional 2 litre milk added without delivery). I haven’t paid them yet, but they keep calling even though I have clarified multiple times and asked them to fix the bill

Milk not delivered

I would not recommend anyone to buy any product from here. They are scamming people. They just take your money and never deliver the product. Thank god I have only ordered one liter of milk which I have paid for and it’s been 3 days I have not received the delivery. Even tough they are asking for more money to recharge the wallet for the upcoming deliveries.

Review of past 1 year

I started buying happy nature A2 milk last year and it has been a good journey till now , I receive my milk from greater noida hub managed by Jyoti ji , bcoz of her excellent support we are still continuing with the milk , she always responds in time and always there available om call for any customer issue .

Fraud Company

They are the biggest fraudsters in the market of Milk delivery. Half of the time their system won’t work, there are many flaws in their app. Never ever top-up your wallet; they will deduct your money without any reasons/providing stupid reasons. Overall a biggest fraud company, i do not recommend it at all.

App needs a lot of improvement

- Payment section is quite painful. Most of the times after making the payment, you are not directed back to the app correctly. It sometimes hangs and there is no way to use the app except for killing it and launching it again
- The wallet is usually not updated on real time. It can take hours and sometimes a day to reflect the changes
- the basic functions to pause the milk, restart and auto- restart after a vacation are quite confusing and not intuitive
