Use this app if you DONT want your food
App does NOT inform you when your food is ready. Waited over an hour, staff didnt know where my order went, only to find that it was prepared ages ago and cold

Seems “old” app doesn’t work. The new one name is slightly different so the old one never updated. Now all my points are gone lol
Bring back the old app
Horrible app that gets stuck on a blank page after submitting an order. Doesn’t update to reflect latest transaction. No response after filing up the form for “contact us”. Absolute trash.
App does not show the remaining amount to reach the next tier.
You should show “X dollar more” to reach the next tier and also explain clearly the benefits of the different membership tiers. You should also have birthday offers so that customers will be willing to provide DOB details.
