App not working
The app appears on my iPhone but will not open. Eventually, it shuts down without ever opening.
What happened?
This app is so slow now. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s super slow now. I mean taking minutes to respond if you press any icon. Fix please!
Sloooow and unusable
This app used to work fine but has become unusable of late. Super long lags and will randomly shut down and empty whatever cart items had been added.

The app is extremely slow. Click a button and it takes 2 minutes to actually register
iOS 26 update slow response
After IOS 26 update, app is very slow to open and once it opens, it is very slow to navigate around. Please check and update app so it is more easier to use.
Can never sign in
Have never been able to use this app. Have registered but recognized me so fill out as if to join & says there is an account.
Have done this several times but yet when I sign in it tells me invalid email. I have no account?!

It gets the job done, but often shuts down and is very delayed.
Order
I never get my toppings when I order ice cream
Doesn’t credit coupons that are offered
Shows coupon for buy 3, get the 4th pint or quart free but when you add them to the basket it says there are not enough items for the coupon. This has always been an issue.
