I have the app downloaded. When I try to sign in it won’t even type anything. I have deleted and added the app again. Same thing.

Awful

Unfortunately if you’re here you probably bought the Tooge pet cam, and if you did, I’m sorry. It’s garbage but the app is worse garbage. If you’re here wondering if you should buy the Tooge cam, don’t, because the only way to use it is through this app, which doesn’t work. Worst interface I’ve ever seen in an app. Run away.

I feel scammed

This was a good camera and app at first for checking in on my cat. Then I couldn’t reset my password at all. To make matters worse, they stopped using PayPal as a form of payment.

Loved the camera, hated the app! I always hated this app actually…after using it for three years it logged me out and won’t let me log back in or reset my password.
