App won’t work
I have the app downloaded. When I try to sign in it won’t even type anything. I have deleted and added the app again. Same thing.

Unfortunately if you’re here you probably bought the Tooge pet cam, and if you did, I’m sorry. It’s garbage but the app is worse garbage. If you’re here wondering if you should buy the Tooge cam, don’t, because the only way to use it is through this app, which doesn’t work. Worst interface I’ve ever seen in an app. Run away.

I feel scammed
This was a good camera and app at first for checking in on my cat. Then I couldn’t reset my password at all. To make matters worse, they stopped using PayPal as a form of payment.

Loved the camera, hated the app! I always hated this app actually…after using it for three years it logged me out and won’t let me log back in or reset my password.
The app used to work…
Nowadays I am unable to log back in or recover my password. Do not buy HapSee.
Don’t get this camera.
The app is useless. When trying to reset your password it doesn’t give you any options to get any a new one. I had to create a new account with the same user name. Once that was created and provided the info to my significant other to log in, prompt stated I had the incorrect user name and password. HOW??? I literally just created this account. Also when typing in your log in, it comes as blank and it seems as if you aren’t typing anything.

Cannot reset password, get error
I cannot reset my hapsee account password, so I cannot even use the app. I tried registering my account and it tells me an account with that email already exists. I then tried resetting my password and a get an error code 2003.

The app wont let me see the recording after getting an alert as soon as i click on it the app closes out...
App needs update
App closes out when I try to access the album. No way to view any videos I’ve saved. No good. Time zones are incorrect also.

The camera itself works great and easy set up. But the App crashes. Can’t watch recorded videos. The app needs updated.

The app works when you first set up the camera then refuses to work again. I’ve reset the camera and reinstalled the app several times. Unfortunately it is too late to return the camera.

I had to return the perfectly good camera because it was impossible to use this app.
It’s a joke. It freezes and disconnects constantly. It took me restarting the app 12 times just to get it setup then it would only load 2 pictures never live video feed.

Every time we NEED to camera it says offline.
Bad App
App is really bad, there is no way to get support/help to set up the camera. Every time I connect to the camera and go to the app to connect the WIFI just like it says on the user guide it doesn’t let me connect the WIFI. I am frustrated and feel like I’m just wasting my time!
Viewed another persons house!!!
Major security concern. A month in started seeing a different house. Factory reset and it never connected again. Extremely disappointing.
Do Not Buy
Only works while you’re on the same WiFi. The second you leave your house you can no longer connect. There is zero support for this app/camera. Total waste of money!
